St. Lukes were so caring, my father had the best care from all the staff there the end of his life was painless, comfortable, and so peaceful. Wards cannot express our gratitude.

The staff from the community team to the receptionists and out of hours staff, could never./nDo enough, they are a credit to being human being.

Many caring staff. Who made my mum's life comfortable and happy at the end.
Suggested improvements
The only concern I had was that sometimes my mum was not able to feed herself and unfortunately she was not always helped with this and was sometimes very hungry.

Because there is no comparison with the N.H.S services in and around Plymouth and although it appears to be somewhat with back in certain aspects of believe it to be a highly different and well oiled machine.

Extremely pleased, went to surgery sorted out all medications now required and informed my son fully of situation and what to do if help needed.
